Shelf-Life and Compound Structural Coverage Our premium restoration compounds are protected by a robust warranty against severe chemical degradation or factory-level packaging failures prior to their stated expiration date. This specifically covers defective applicator tools, compromised mixing jars, or formulas that have prematurely hardened inside an unopened, factory-sealed container. If the core structure of your kit fails due to a manufacturing flaw before opening, Vigorder will supply a full replacement unit to restore your workflow.

Application Errors and Exclusions This warranty is strictly engineered to cover legitimate factory defects, not user error, improper mixing, or incorrect application. It is imperative to understand that achieving a flawless repair requires following the precise color-matching and curing instructions provided. This warranty categorically does not cover unsatisfactory repair results caused by incorrect color blending, applying the compound to incompatible materials, failing to clean the surface prior to application, or exposing the repair to heavy friction before it has fully cured.

Proper Storage and Void Scenarios To maintain the validity of this warranty, the chemical compounds must be stored strictly according to the environmental guidelines listed on the packaging. Leaving the compounds in extreme heat, freezing temperatures, or direct sunlight will degrade the formula and instantly void the warranty. Utilizing a standard retail kit in a heavy commercial or industrial setting without officially purchasing from our designated B2B commercial tier will also result in immediate voiding of all coverage.

Claim Initiation and Resolution To activate and execute a warranty claim, the original purchaser must submit a formal report to our customer support desk. This report must include high-definition photographic or video evidence of the defective compound or packaging, clearly demonstrating it is a factory defect and not an environmental storage failure. A detailed description of the issue and the original proof of purchase from the Vigorder Official Store or a verified authorized dealership must also be provided to process the replacement.
